Our van's transmission went out while driving through the Eisenhower tunnel. Brad at Goodway Auto sent us to Enterprise, where Drew fixed us up with the perfect vehicle to continue our trip as scheduled. He was having a stressful day, but got us on our way in good time. Enterprise also allowed us to drive the vehicle all the way home, which was very appreciated. Thank you!!

Stopped in to ask to trade out the car they gave me at the airport for another. The one they gave me at the airport was not the SUV I had reserved but a Mazda Miata - completely inappropriate for the mountains. This was partially my fault because I had reserved at the wrong location. But regardless - The service at this location was horrible. They were not helpful. Not friendly. Terrible attitude and no sense of customer service. Scott in particular was awful. It took 1.5 hrs for them to wash a car and then find out they needed to get a different car for me and get it washed. No apology for that or explanation. Told me they were doing me a favor. Last I checked - I am the customer paying THEIR salaries. The people at this location need a crash course in customer service 101. A smile and helpful attitude would have made ALL the difference, even with the wait time. After this experience I will be VERY hesitant to rent from Enterprise again - even if their rates are cheaper than Hertz - which always gives me outstanding service.

Drew and his coworker Scott? Not 100 that was his name were very kind and accommodating when my car broke down and I had to rent a car for an extended period of time great people and service

Scott went above and beyond to accommodate our travel schedule picking us up late in the afternoon on a Friday in Breckinridge so we could have the rental for a planned adventure on Saturday when the local office would be closed. Scott was a pleasure to deal with and we greatly appreciated his willingness to help us. Thanks Scott!
