I want to give a big shout-out to J.T. and the rest of the crew at this shop. I managed to fully discharge a 2-month old Optima battery. Left the dome light on for several days in bitterly cold temps. Battery was so dead, it wouldn't take a jump. I took it back to Advance and they thought they could bring in back to life with an hour on their heavy-duty charger. Nope. It took three days (!) to recharge the battery, but J.T. got it done. Advance kept me updated on progress every day. Two weeks later, the battery maintains a charge and is performing normally. Advance Auto saved me $200 and didn't charge me a dime. Good peeps.
