The Serionial guy was straight up unprofessional. There's a line at the registers and this guy and a female employee are sharing photos on their phone laughing away. I politely asked if we could get some assistance and the serial guy told me to calm down. That's ridiculous seriously help your customers before taking your upfront 5 min brake

Our rental vans tail light and brake light went out and we stopped in to get bulbs and the staff was super nice and even replaced the bulbs for us !!!!

I came here Friday morning because a large piece of plastic under my car had lost its' retainer screw and was coming into contact with my wheel. I'd gotten "body retainer screws" here in the past, but the ones I had leftover weren't large enough for this project. The first employee I saw when I entered was the man sitting under the commercial accounts sign & I asked if they had "this screw (I brought in the container I had from a previous project) but thicker". He seemed bothered that I asked him, but I didn't see anyone else to ask. He said he didn't know if they had it, but told me where in the store to look & that I should look for the make of my vehicle. They didn't have any designated for Subarus, but I was able to find a universal one that worked. The lady who rang up my purchase was very nice.

This place was the biggest help. I needed a new battery and they were able to get me the correct type and help me replace my battery in my car. I have a BMW and it is very difficult to work on but they still helped and took care of me. Great experience. Anton is the best.
