Dude didn't believe that I knew what kind of phone I had, so he had me bring it in to look at before he ordered my screen, wasted half an hour of my day. Said the screen would be in on Tuesday the following week and he would give me a call. Thursday the following week I called to asked if the new screen was in and if I could drop my phone off. I was able to get it in on Friday. Was a great screen, but he broke the vibrate on my phone in the process, and blamed it on the previous phone screen repair guy. Said he'd order a new part and replace it and would call me when the part was in, most likely the following Tuesday. During that time, my cameras stopped working showing a message that either the hardware or software had been damaged. On Sunday the next week I called and was like hey I never heard from you this week, what's goin on and told him my cameras had somehow become disconnected. He fixed the vibrate. Cameras still don't work. It's been three weeks at this point. Save yourself the time and headache.

I had the screen replaced on my Pixel 3a on April 3, 2021 and while that was done correctly i immediately noticed the sound was totally distorted from the speakers and contacted via text the guy who replaced the screen to let him know. He said he needed to take a look but I have to work and needed my phone to take credit card payments. I went to visit him a week or so later and he basically said the distortion on the speaker was really nothing to do with the screen change but he would contact the owner. I left my contact details and have heard nothing. Dont want a fight, you are either going to make this right or not. Quite simply, I gained a new screen but now the sound is awfully distorted on phone calls, watching videos or listening to anything. Bottom line is in hindsight, I would recommend you putting your new screen money towards a new phone as now thats what i have to do, buy a new phone! $161 down the drain. Waste of money - 24 year Summit County Local.
