Good food for Fast-food, service was relatively quick but place locked dingy.

I got in line and ordered my food of a Dave's double. After I paid, I waited for my name to be called. I watched the screen that shows the progress of your order and watched it go from in progress to ready within 1-2 minutes of me ordering. I listened for my name to be called and it wasn't. After waiting 8 minutes, I went to the counter and explained that my order was lost. One of the workers stated that, that was a long time ago bud and told me that he had called my name. I told him that I was listening and that my name was not called. I ordered a dine in order and was watching for the plastic tray to be put our, which never happened. The shift manager then told me that it wasn't a big deal and that I shouldn't get upset and that we are all on the same team. I didn't raise my voice, or even get heated. The workers should have acknowledged the mistake and make it right for the customer instead of blaming the customer for the situation. Customer service 101.

Dude made fun of me for getting 5 spuds. Like common its Wendy's yall got great spuds but don't make me feel bad for grabbing a 5 pack.

Stopped by on our way to copper for skiing. Food was fast and delicious and the service was especially friendly!!! We were helped by a lady named Sol- thank you for the breath of fresh air in the fast food industry!
