I have shopped at a number of Lowes stores and generally the store and service has been average. However, the Lowes store in Silverthorne CO must be the worst box store I have been to. The aisles are all cluttered with inventory and other ‘stuff’, the bins are completely disorganized, and the service is non existent with literally no lowes support staff to be found. Whoever the manager is of this store, they need to be removed!1

They had everything I needed. An employee from ?receiving? went way out of his way to help me find a piece of lumber and then again 10 minutes later looking up the Lows number as I was trying to check out at closing. Wish I had his name. Great guy . Top Lows employee in my long experience.

All of the reviews on here that talk about being ignored are dead on. I wasn't just ignored. I was straight up blown off by an entire group of employees. the only person willing to help me was the least equipped to do so. I'm leaving completely empty-handed when I most definitely could have gotten everything I needed here, but instead based off of how I was just treated, I'll plan my day tomorrow around going out of my way to spend my money at home Depot.

I've lived in Summit county for five years and have learned to avoid this Lowe's at all costs. The only reason they're in business still is because they have no other competition in the county. The employees show utter disregard for customers. Employees will look you in the eye, and tell you to go to lowes.com for product availability and location within their store then immediately walk away to avoid helping. I tried to buy a fridge and was told the appliance guy only works 11am-1pm two to three days a week and I need to catch him during his shift. Trying to get a customer service agent on the phone? Be ready for them to stand by and watch the phone ring instead of answering (have seen it in person). I did learn that if you call enough times after being disconnected, they get annoyed by the noise and eventually answer the phone (5 calls ringing for 10 min each just to ensure my contractor could pick up my curbside order since his name wasn't on it). Do better, Lowe's.

Very good. Standard requirements -- masks required.
Depends on which one you take. It ranges from $0.99 to $3.25/square.ft.
Go to the website, it'll walk you through how to cancel
Yeah, you might want to call. Possibly a seasonal thing.
Yes
Call the store. They're the only ones that can answer that.
