Living at the avenue has been a great experience. I wouldn't pick another place to live for my senior year. The location is great, and the amenities are very useful. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, especially front-desk employee Archit Bhatia. who has gone above and beyond in assisting my roommates and I with any requests we may have during the course of our time here.

I lived at The Avenue during my sophomore and junior year and it was one of the best living experiences! The employees were extremely nice and what I appreciated the most was that anytime my apartment needed maintenance work(rarely needed to request work) it always got taken care of within a few short days. Amazing location and the new amenity on the first floor is spectacular!
