They definitely treat people differently if you’re not a white male. Wait time is also long and staff are unfriendly

The WORST - getting to them, not inside. Reservations must be made online - Really? And when I go to the IL SOS office page, Champaign ISN'T LISTED - for appointment TODAY or EVEN IN ADVANCE. In other words, you can't use them. I now have to drive from Champaign to Springfield - or Peoria, or well I guess there is Chicago - to get an ID issue resolved. Maybe we should just close all SOS offices and do it all online. WAY TO GO Illinois.

Very very rude service! The rudest service I have ever encountered, counters 17&18 didn’t even answer questions I have about driver’s license. The cashier lady however was very sweet and explained everything for me.

Trash absolutely rude workers!!! (Please make an appointment if you need a license.)(On top of the outrageous price for the tags they gave Illinois a bad look...) We waited outside just for a woman to come to the door and not let people finish saying what they are there for. While we wait in the line for the ticket inside the guard is eyeballing us (because I stopped the lady outside and said ma'am you didn't allow me to finish saying what I was here for.) After letting her know she had to have the last say which was unnecessary and unprofessional... Multiple people went in before she let us go inside. The young lady for the license plate was rude and kept cutting me off as well. I had to leave because they themselves made me wonder if moving here was worth it.

Check with the Illinois Secretary of State office through a quick Google search. The cost of the id will vary depending on what type of id you need (CDL, State ID, etc). Generally, in order to get an id, you must present your old ID, and possibly other forms of identification such as your SS card, cancelled check within 30 days, bill statement, birth certificate, etc. However, all of that information can be found online through the SOS website.
How much is it to renew my driver license
Call them. I called and found out that if your address hasn’t changed from the one on your current ID, then you only need to bring the ID.
I have no idea, I didn't notice any.
I think you mean MOBILE home. You should just call them or stop in for that information. You may also go to DMV.gov or the Secretary of State.
Yes but you need the plate# to get it
2 Bills or a bill and copy of lease.
