So I guess the flavors of the day are no longer concretes? The last two I got from here were just scoops of vanilla custard with the "mix-ins" sprinkled on the top. WTH? How would that work on a cone? Disappointed.

It was terrible service. We had to wait for over 30 minutes for our ice cream because they skipped over our order and didn’t make it. After they made the ice cream because I had to remind them they didn’t even make up for it by giving a gift card or anything. They just gave a sarcastic sorry and almost dropped our ice cream when handing it to us. After that I probably won’t ever go back there knowing this is their costumer service and how they make up for late orders.

This is an excellent Culver's. I've been going a couple times a month for over a year now and their food is always delicious, their service always friendly, fast, and accurate, and I can't get enough of their famous root beer. They've got the best burger in fast food as far as I'm concerned.

Absolutely disgusting to get home and find a piece of the workers BLUE GLOVE in my chicken sandwich. Yes, them blue gloves they have on while working, preparing food, a piece was left inside my sandwich box, on my sandwich. All I was offered was a “remake” couldn’t even get a refund. 🖕🏼🤮

Has anyone else had the pleasure of getting sick from their food? This has been my third time now, I would not recommend eating here!

I've eaten at Culver's in several cities and never gotten ill. I'm so sorry to hear that you have. What city and state was this in and may I ask what you ate as well? I was in CCU in Aug. from Salmonella Tiphi, you can have it from 6 days to 6 weeks in your digestive tract before symptoms show up; therefore, what I thought made me sick that day might've not been the culprit at all. You might obtain your medical records if you had tests & research the bug you had. Perhaps they're cooking with something you are having a reaction to? I have an allergy to beef, but it presents with severe diarrhea and aggression... Strange! I hope you are feeling much better and figure out what made you sick so it doesn't happen again. Best Wishes!
