food was amazing! customer service not so much! we had a woman that was very rude! i completely understand if having a bad day but don’t take it out on the customer. my grandmother asked her nicely to clean the table because it was dirty. and there was a lot of attitude and sass. as if it was a problem.

The portions were extremely small compared to when I go to the East Peoria location and they always forget the teriyaki sauce when I order teriyaki chicken. The last couple times I’ve been here, the chicken was just not good. It was kind of gooey. I’ve always loved Panda Express and I feel like I never had problems with this location in the past but they’ve honestly sucked lately. The portions are definitely not worth the money.

The beef tasted great and was hot. But some of the veggies were over cooked. They were friendly and gave me extra veggies because of it. They were out of 70% of the menu due to a shortage. The waitress was friendly but not excited—her voice was so monotone it was comical. Still they get four stars for good food, and trying 🙂

The people at this Panda Express do not enjoy their job very much. They did not welcome me as I entered the store and we're very half-hearted in their interaction. Very little smiling was done by the employees. It was almost as though you were a bother to them by being there. Then to top it all off, as you can see from the picture the helpings were quite skimpy. For around $10 I expected a little bit more. Oh and one other thing, they didn't have any straws for their drinks. I would say someone needs to work on the customer service, quantity of food and supplies.
