The service is always terrible here (no drink refills, wrong items, completely forgetting entire meals, server disappearing for over 20minutes) and their “daily” happy hour is apparently only on week days. Clearly their definition of daily doesn’t match the rest of the world.

Been twice in the last 3 weeks. The wings went from large and juicy to sparrow wings. What happened? Fries cold, old and not crispy. Very soggy. Bring back the old BW.

Great food, customer service and love the environment. Although, it's a bit expensive. Again the second time I ate there, but this time I order threw Door dash. The food was on point. I orders the guacamole bacon burger and I thunk it had to be the best burger I had in a while. Didn't wait long for the food either
