This Wendy's is always dirty, with slow service. One of the soda machines has been down for years, creating an awkward bottle neck through the narrow walkway past the condiments that always seem to be empty.

I wasnt able to pull up to the drive-thru machine close enough because of the line of cars and the cashier got all snobby with me when I didnt hear her. And the line was way too slow. But food was ok.

The restrooms were disgustingly filthy!! We couldn't use them because of the unsanitary conditions!! The doors, windows and dining room were dirty too. Very short-staffed, so we weren't acknowledged for several minutes. The manager, Nikki, was doing the bulk of the work and constantly reminding the staff how to perform. We felt very badly for her, especially because of the nightmare-of-a-customer behind us. Nikki diffused his complaints and outbursts very well, while practically babysitting the staff. It was a very uncomfortable experience for everyone in the dining area. My order was correct, but not my friend's, who has food intolerances. Because of our observation, it was easier to cut our losses and leave.

Food was good as usual. Dined inside. The place was filthy. Floors, windows, glass on fireplace, and tables! Something that dirty one knows sanitizing isn't being done. Bill was $15.81 gave the cashier $20.01, she gave. Me back $.20, of which five cents was pennies. No common sense!
