I'm sure they do their best but the theatre could have been a little bit cleaner, also when we visited we had a problem with kids running in and out of our theater and throwing food and other articles at the sitting audience, had to call security! Very busy time kids need to be watched!!

I haven’t been to the theatre since the pandemic started. I’ve been afraid to go to alot of places due to fear of nastinesses. Well the theatre is one of those places. This theatre lived up to the nastiness. I came to the first show so there’s no excuse to blame the patrons before me cuz that was yesterday. They obviously didn’t clean after the last show or before the first. It smells bad, the seats are gross, trash was in cup holders. If I didn’t promise my kid, I would’ve got up and left.

Definitely not as clean as many other AMC theaters in the area. My biggest complaint is that almost every time I go, even though I always reserve my tickets on Fandango, they NEVER have a ticket scanner ready. You always have to wait in line at the box office even though you already have your ticket! And sometimes that line is very long. Otherwise the seats are actually surprisingly plush, more on par with River East, and much better than places like Village Crossing.

Whoever was working the front ticket booth tonight around 6:30 gave the best customer service. It was so refreshing. She was helpful, positive, made eye contact and just overall friendly. The group working the food area was also friendly. We will go back!
