This McDonald's is the worst. It's always something they dont accept credit or debit only cash, then they dont accept the codes from the app because their system is down. The other time they weren't serving breakfast until 6am. They get also my orders wrong and then they get the code that I give them for a free hash brown and they dont put it in my bag only what I order 🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️. This place needs some good management.

I don’t expect to be treated like royalty at a fast food restaurant, but I certainly don’t expect to be yelled at through a drive thru window with several employees and managers shaking their heads at me and my husband. Train your managers to have some decency and customer service skills. Sincerely, from a fast food manager myself.

Made a 3 meal order but got no sandwiches with the delivery and when spoken to the “manager” he didn’t even apologize for their mistake and told us we could go pick up the sandwiches or contact DoorDash for a refund. However, the whole purpose Of a delivery order was for the food to get delivered to us since we don’t have a form of transportation. The situation could’ve been handled better and with less attitude, at least they could’ve admitted what they did wrong yk.
