Funny swatch group. I got old swatch chrono irony but crystal broked. They said NO SERVICE SWATCH WATCH! EVEN NO SERVIVE FOR ORDER! I'm gonna trash this watch and SWATCH GROUP!!!

I contacted Swatch and was quickly sent via FedEx a box and instructions for sending the watch. It was serviced in Culver City. CA. I expected a 5 week turnaround but it was much better quicker than that. I was sent an assessment of my watch with comments on its condition as they received it. The work order explained what it needed. With a pre-service approval my AmEx card was accepted for payment. However, no actual payment was processed until the watch was ready. My Omega Seamaster was in good condition. But it had stopped. A new battery was installed. When I received the watch I saw that they had buffed (I assume) small blemishes on the underside of the latch. It looked great. They also installed a new watch back that had an attractive logo. The watch looked like it did when I bought it in 2011. What’s more was they returned it a beautiful red leather case looking like a case for glasses. Inside the watch was inserted into a foam protective shroud and the face was covered with plastic. I was/am thoroughly pleased! I highly recommend them and award 5 stars!

Horrible service for Omega! I should have read the reviews. Rude customer service, >$650 and 10 weeks for simple maintenance... and this is after waiting a month for them to respond. I canceled the order and had the watch serviced locally for half the price and a fifth of the time.

The worst watch you can ever buy! THE MOST ARROGANT AND VERY BUT VERY UNPROFESSIONAL REPAIR SERVICE I EVER DEAL WITH IN MY LIFE! I got my master collection For almost 10 years today Worked fine for only 3 months Then start the date on the watch was crooked Send it to repair #1 Came back to me after 3 weeks- issue still the same... Called send it for repair #2 After 2 mounts they returned to me the watch I thought the issue was resolved... 1 mouth later my date was crooked again... I called spoke to manager he advised me to send it again for repair #3 I did it This time they claimed to replace a faulty part... Watch came back after 3 weeks Working fine for another mouth then one day again same issue day showed crooked and funny Called them send emails to all nothing help they advise me send it again Repair #4 send it to them AGAIN This time the watch was with them for 3 months!!! Came back and I said to myself probably they take it seriously do something with this issue... After 1 mouth issues accrue again!! This time I was so disappointed I didn’t want the watch no more and was first year! New watch I put it in the vault barley use it I use my submariner instead... An year later I send it to them for cleanup and again try resolving the matter with date They advise to change new dial I don’t know why I listen but I did Since then 7 years ago my watch get water in it No matter how many time they claim to fix it I keep get this water faded glass from the inside Watch was their at least 15 time Today it also stop completely working! No movement suspecting because of faulty dial install water inside- and here you go this how 3k watch go drown to garbage... Cannot deal with this company no more Btw my Rolex never did to me any kind of issue And I’m wearing it on daily basis this one is whole lot of crazy crappie quality of watch no mention quality of service of longines company Not standing behind their products! IM CUSTOMER THAT GOT BURNED DONT BE THE NEXT!
