Ordered my 25,000 but air conditioner on Wednesday. It was delivered Saturday, which was flawless. Installation done by their sub contractors who did an A plus job. They were fast, friendly and two of the neatest guys I ever met. Have used Wickford in the past and will definitely use them again.

Not Good Joe Santucci our sales associate did everything in his power to help the situation. I would think you should be able to walk into the store purchase 3 appliances walk out get them delivered but not true. Damaged products no idea when replacement will arrive, multiple trips back to the store I even had to pick up parts and install them myself for damage that happened during delivery. What would happen if I was elderly or couldn't drive. I realize damaged products could happen no matter where you shop but I feel the process could have been better. Also GE running a rebate, Great buy 3 appliances get a 300.00 rebate only to find out one appliance doesn't qualify no rebate.

Rich Constabile was a gentleman throughout the entire process. I purchased three appliances, and he was there to help me with each one. Highly recommend. Also, the LG refrigerator with the tap -and -see door is over the top. Neighbors come by just to "try it out".

Our dishwasher was delivered and installed by Evan. He was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. Also very neat and cleaned up after he was done. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Unfortunately no Veterans discounts were offered... Might check out Lowe's or Home Depot if that's important to you.
