Alia was really helpful in carrying my bag with the six lotions she helped me find (Steeped Relaxation in Lavender was the only scent that wasn't in the store. ) Lynn greeted me and was pleasant. Jamie was nice as well. Heidi continued my transaction, because Jamie was busy with another customer. Heidi was great, too! To be honest, this was my first time in Bath and Body Works at Garden City. I'm never going to forget the experience! I tried the moisturizing hand sanitizer in Mahogany Teakwood, and it smelled delightfully beautiful!

Had a great experience at this store on 5/2/21. An employee in the store was super helpful and knowledgeable and even came up with creative ways to make smelling items more effective through a mask.

Nice and clean store, prices a little high. Biggest issue is they won't let you scan coupons and use them right now with Covid going on. Many stores do that and the code tells them it was used, but they refused. Also refused to change an address for someone who moved so she could get it at her new address. Very disappointed in them for that reason. To bad, as cute things there.

This isnt really a question that I can answer. It's more like an experience. But I know what I would have done. Look at the name tag. Ask to speak to her superior and tell them. But remember- please because so many of us forget ... when some does a good job... that's good because that's what they get paid for. But if someone goes over and beyond good service the same implies. Get the name and let the sups know because everyone needs a pat on the back some days and the supervisors should be made well aware of how well that person is and then they take more notice. Hope that helped.
