The only good thing about it was the young lady with the blue hair tips trying to fix the problem. The gentleman on the speaker was not clear and cut off the mic. Then drive thru no response. Then when we got the order it was not complete. Had to go back and again the young lady helped the situation

The food order was messed up, I didn’t get the jalapeño bites I wanted but the burger, fries and shake was good! Sadly at the drive in I went to they only accepted cash and the change got slightly messed up also

Waited over 5 minutes at the red button in the afternoon like 230. Went to drive through and didn't receive the nicest service. Food and drinks were fine

Ordered on the mobile app and waited for 44 minutes. When I asked for an update, they said they were working on it. 20 minutes later, asked for another update. They just asked if we checked in, which we had. They didn't say anything else. Asked for another update after 15 minutes. They finally apologized after they realized they had forgotten our order. Quite irritated. Poor customer service. Edit: When we finally got our order more than 1.5 hours after we put it in, they gave us two single cheeseburgers instead of the two double cheeseburgers we ordered. We didn't even bother to ask them to correct it because we were exasperated. After reaching out to Sonic, they simply provided us with a coupon for one free rt44/slush. Probably will never go back to this location again. 🗑
