This place wasn't a good idea for dinner last night 6/19/2022. We waited for a server for about 10 ➕️ so minutes. We order the Classic Nachos with no beef just add Chicken those Nachos was reheated over with the beef and the Chicken looking like ravioli, Queso Cheese was cold, Crispy Chicken Sandwich had no mayo on it thrown together which the bun was burnt the I guess that was the Manager call himself giving me a top bun which was still burnt, Smokehouse Meal was cold street corn wasn't done they just threw mayo on it. Chicken Bacon Quesadillas they wasn't fresh only thing was hot was the fries and to the Bartender Kudos those Magaritas the bomb. And to the Manager it's never about getting a free meal it's all about the service you pay for this wasn't. My picture below speaks for itself

Went there on a weekend expecting it to be busy. We put our name on the list and was told an hour wait to be seated. Sat in my car in the handicapped parking spot and watched as they turned away group after group and cars left. In the window you could see very few people inside. We waited and never got a call for our table but after checking in a few times for our table the hostess says, "Y'all table been ready!". We sat down and waited 15 minutes for anyone to come take our order and a girl cleaning nearby said she would be with us soon. Obviously it was more important to clean the filthy tables around us then to take our order and get us started. We ordered our food and drinks. 2 of our cocktails came at the same time and we waited 10 minutes for the other 2. (party of 4). We got our food and it was not as we ordered. I asked for a burger no bun and got a bun! We had to take our drinks that came with the 3 for $10.99 to go because the server forgot to give them to us. I called Corporate and complained. I was asked for my receipt number and unfortunately was not able to get a receipt because the nasty kiosk was not printing and you could not email your receipt. Our ticket was almost $75 and I was awarded $20 on a Be our Guest certificate after we had a horrible experience. I will never be using that slap in the face BOG. $20 is not worth the horrible service and time wasted for a mess of a meal.

The food is okay.. We did Curbside pick-up and my grandmother ordered Skillet Queso & a CheeseCake and, they forgot to give it to us. The Texas fries were stuck together and hard… The food was just dry overall.
