I had a wonderful experience at Bob's Discount Furniture. I was just driving by and decided to stop in because I am in need of a sofa and a dinette set. I wasn't planning on purchasing anything today but I was instantly approved of the amount I needed to purchase what I liked. The salesman met me at the door. everyone was knowledgeable and friendly and made sure that all my needs were met. They were very attentive . I highly recommend Bob's Discount Furniture in Calumet City on Torrence Ave. The prices were affordable and the furniture was just was I was looking for. I had researched other furniture stores but never quite found what I wanted or could afford. I was in Bob's less than 10 minutes and I found exactly what I wanted and could afford. Thumbs up 👍🏽 for Bob's Discount Furniture in Calumet City!

Rosa, Tony and another manager was great. The employees was not my problem. Bob was my problem. I placed an order on Friday (May 20, 2022) and Monday (May 23, 2022) I get a text message that my couch was not in stock anymore. If I wanted to wait for that couch I would have to wait 2-3 months. How could she have scheduled my order for delivery for May 28, 2022 and now it’s not in stock. This was ridiculous and Bob need to fix this problem. First of all I missed my money to find out what was going on. Get to the location and the manager stated she could take off the delivery fee but the couch I was about to buy price increased by $400 and they stated that they could not help me at far as the price. I really did not like the couch that I was about to purchase. So after all of that I purchased my couch among things at Value City Furniture and got what I wanted. Did not have a problem for paying for what I wanted. I had a problem with Bob inconvenience me and again no better compensation. They could have still charged me for the delivery fee but wave the cost difference in the two couches. Not sure if I will go back because Bob need to make some changes in the rules for management that can help customers.

The store associate Rosa, although new, was very helpful to my needs. I’d been struggling to locate items for my new place that would ship in a timely fashion. She located 2 of the items, and I was also able to get 2 additional that I’d been researching options of for months. She also helped me get financing done for the purchase. Thank you.
