The customer service is pretty good! They work hard and have patience with their customers. They close the dining room after a certain time at night and don't open it till morning so if you're a trucker they don't have a problem allowing you to walk through the drive-thru since tractors are too tall for the lane.

Thumbs up for these workers, we bought breakfast through the drive-thru they were so nice, polite and helpful from the young lady that took our order to the one that handed us our food.

Always forget something! I like to stop here on my way home to Indiana from the city. When I stop, it's usually around 9 pm, not really late or busy. But they ALWAYS forget something in my order. I've called them twice, and they said that my name would be on a "list." However, when I return a couple of weeks or so later, there's no list, or if there is, they say my name isn't on it. I'm not in the habit of saving White Castle receipts for weeks, so I lose out. I'm done spending my money with this location. I've lost at least $20 worth of items not recieved.
