Nice Place but........ Went in to look at the place. Wanted to apply on the spot. I was told that i would have to bring all of the documents that apply to me back. (no where on the application does it state NO CANT HAVE ANY DEBT) I brought back everything that was required. Fast forward i just called and they denied my application because i have 3 bad debts that where not paid. (school loans that are deferred, and 2 old 2016 credit cards) please be aware that they never tell you that upon applying. So if you have any debt that you have not paid dont waste your time. They dont want you to have ANY NEGATIVE debt. I read other reviews about the place and i went against what i read and maybe i shouldn’t have. It wouldnt have been so bad had they disclosed tihis information BEFORE WASTING 40 DOLLARS. RENTER BEWARE.

After reading how the “Owner” responds to the reviewers is so unprofessional. You can’t get upset if these people write about their negative experience. Learn how to professionally evaluate the situation...that being said RENTERS BEWARE.

I lived here for over 8 years! When Laurie was working in the office she made sure things were getting done. Now this new lady Brenda is horrible. I can’t wait until I move. They keep the pool water in all year around I wouldn’t dare put my kids in it. Even after they clean it up. Oh and the maintenance crew steals. Watch out for them and also the thugs that do drug deals. I actually seen a maintenance worker do a drug deal with a tenant. This place is starting to become a joke. I wouldn’t dare recommend this place since Laurie left.
