I went to get a heater hose put on my Jeep and the mechanic claim that another hose connector broke on it's own. No way something ironically break and it's right by the heater hose. Finally spoke with the CEO of Mavis and he was compassionate to my situation and assured me my car will be fixed and I am pleased. Because of him and only him I changed my rating to a 5 ⭐.

Sunday 03/06/22 2:47pm-3:52pm Came in here to get my tires balance. Waited 1hr in the lobby just to see that people that came after me got their cars taken care of before mine. One customer said she was there since 11am to get her brakes done..and to top it off the service tech broke one of her brake lines in the process. Didn’t get any service done but I would definitely not recommend this place.
