Very loud, rude woman asked the client coming in "Is that all you've got?--we'll try". Very condescending, and vocalized her digust loud enough for us all to hear. Here’s a thought--people bringing in their items in exchange for money are likely experiencing some hardship and/or trauma. They don't need to be judged. Show some grace.
