The service is friendly but slow (not a lot of tellers), and this location is in need of a serious facelift on the outside to match the lovely inside. The parking lot and the ATM lanes have potholes and could use some fresh paint. It looks bad and neglected. The entrance is tricky... drive carefully.

I was serviced at this location (my first time visiting) on a Saturday afternoon and I was treated very well. The line was very long, but it moved quickly with only 2 tellers present. The teller that assisted me was professional and courteous with a great smile. That counts a lot for me. The greeter gal at the front also had a welcoming smile and answered a couple of questions without the need of a personal banker. After my transaction was complete, I was allowed to use the restroom facilities and the gentleman escorted me and waited. Additionally he answered a couple of questions again without the need for a personal banker. I don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews on here. 🤷🏽‍♀️. I enjoyed my experience. I’ll be back and unfortunately I didn’t get names.

Our Employee was trying to cash a check at this BOA branch today. Mr. Roberto Herrera held our employee there in the office for close to an hour refusing to cash a Bank of America check.

It's seem like the lady who helped me knew what she was doing and tried to make the process easy for me. But then I went the very next day for another appointment and found out that everyone was a manager.
