When you spend $5k on a bed you don't expect it to "break" after a year and a a half. When it does you expect the company to fix it in a timely manner, and by the way it should be free. They do not fix in a timely manner and it is not free. This will be the last Sleep Number anything that I purchase. Really bad customer service and rude reps. Yep I am talking to you Ashley!!

Ok so despite the picky and big cry babies that commented on here that expect a gold platter served to them, I love the store. The two sales people were very nice and took there time with you. Didn't pressure me at all. Not like the girl selling makeup in the mall calling me baby and junk. As a live broadcaster I will back this store up and sleep number in general on my streams. Friendly and honest. The deal we got was great!! I'll be dealing with them from now on. 25 year warranty on the mattress!? Cooling and heating pad!? When I laid on those beds my lower back pain went away that fast. I sleep on a futon!!!! Lol dont hate on these people at this store. Even being busy and hungry they did make my day and I have total respect and support for them. 🤘😁🤘

I walked in with my girlfriend this past Sunday honestly we were just window shopping. We laid on the bed they had in store and a couple minutes in Tony comes up and just starts talking about the bed. Tony did a super fantastic job at showing us the beds and also was just great to talk to. He took my girlfriend and I around the store showing us the different beds and all that good stuff. We laughed and almost cried together haha but this guy really sold the beds. I had been saving up for a bed and after seeing and trying the products I could see and test all the cool features the beds had. Their products are amazing! And i want to say thanks to Tony for just being a wonderful person and making us laugh. We went home and talked about how awesome that experience was he made our day. Now we are just waiting on the actual delivery and I’m eagerly waiting for the new king size bed!

Extremely Disappointed with my Sleep Number ! I have had the mattresses, tubes, remote, and air pump replaced... and I still have to fill the SLEEP NUMBER MATTRESS up with air every night. Stay away from this company if you really want a good night's sleep. I purchased the Sleep Number for my back. My back is not happy with this mattress because it does not stay firm. It goes soft overnight! Conventional mattresses will not leak air!
