This place is absolutely disgusting! Not only did I find roaches in my room but I found bed bugs too. When I went to complain about the state of my room they told me they would come clean but never did!! When I told them I would no longer be staying there and needed a refund do to the room and how they handle everything they told me no. Definitely do not stay here

Extended Stay Lombard/Oak Brook and staff are a complete disgrace. We recently checked our elderly parents into a studio room. Their website photos clearly depict this room with 2 chairs at the counter at which to eat meals. However, our room had no such chairs. We complained and were told by Jessica/Cleo/Nicole that our folks couldn't have any chairs. As the folks are in wheelchairs we ended up having to dine elsewhere for every meal, incurring substantial additional expense. Also, the hotel "general manager" Adriana never called us back, as requested. Imagine treating disabled folks in their 90s, a WW2 veteran no less, so shamefully, all over TWO DAMN CHAIRS!! The staff made us all feel so devalued not only as customers, but as human beings. Look no further than this nightmare than to see what's wrong with the world today. Based on our experience, book at your own peril.

Negative: You could never find a staff member at the front desk. We were there for 6 days and the room was not cleaned. We were 2 adults and a child and had to argue to get a 3rd wash cloth. Yellow face masks dont show up on the camera so that was a big argument

I stayed one night and demanded a refund for my 3 night reservation. Where do i start? Upon arriving at the hotel i noticed that the parking lot has not been plowed, I had to park on a mound of snow and ice. The lobby was empty and no one at the front desk, after waiting for ten minutes called started saying Hello very loudly as i cold hear some commotion in a room connected to the front desk. When nobody responded I called the hotel and told a young man that i was waiting to check in. The phone went click, as the person hung up without saying a word. A young man appeared from a back room with large gulp drink and proceeded to check me in. No apology, no remorse or explanation, but a lot of attitude. When i went up to the third floor with all my luggage neither of the keys worked. I had to lug my luggage back to the front desk to get the keys reprogrammed. He had a bit of a smirk on his face. I guess i was paid back for being impatient of him during his food break. Once in the room, i was surprised to find that it was worn and battered. The fridge looked as though it had been beaten, and worst of all there was no hot water. I called the front desk and was told that he had to reset the water heater and to wait for 10 to 15 minutes for it to heat the water. The water never got hot and after 35 minutes of waiting i just took a cold shower so i could get to bed. I called the front desk to let the clerk that i wanted a refund he said that i could let the manager know in the morning that i wanted to cancel my reservation. Not a very good option or situation at any price. AVOID!
