Wish I didn't have to say this.. but I went to this McDonald's twice and got the same service both times.. early morning I go to McDonald's, pull in the drive thru and wait 2 to 3 minutes with no one attentive and "after" I say hello I'm told to wait until they're ready.. another 2 to 3 minutes go by and nothing.. I'm here almost 8 or 9 minutes and they still haven't even taken my order.. I literally just wanted something to drink.. Come on guys.. this is McDonald's.. the fast food king of the world and I get ignored both times I go there?? Not a coincidence.. been to multiple McDonald's and have never been treated like this. I will not ever go back to this McDonald's.. serious issues here.. UPDATE: I went there this morning and ordered breakfast thru the drive thru.. My order was taken very quickly, employees at both windows were very friendly and prompt.. Good job Yorktown McDonald's

I stopped for take-out and by the time I was about to pay everything was done and ready to go. The lady who helped me was very nice. This is the best McDonald’s I've been to. It's clean, very well decorated, fast, and most of all the staff is friendly and helpful. They bring the good to your table. Drive thru is consistent with speed & accuracy. Employees are efficient, courteous and accommodating to individuals with disabilities. I watched one worker unpack and unwrap all the food for a customer with disabilities. I'm so impressed with the place I'm writing a review, which I rarely ever do. I recommend this location to anyone, even if you're passing by.

Ok so I had issues ordering through the McDonald’s app. I called the customer service and they resolved the issue as well as gave me a free meal. I would like to give them 5 stars because they went above and beyond my expectations. Therefore, I would like to thank McDonald’s for your best customer service. I give them an A+.

Horrible service. None of the workers care one bit, the girl at the counter took over 10 minutes to get the lady's order in front of me right for a coffee and no egg on one sandwich, which really confused the worker. Then it was my time to order, bacon egg and cheese bagel. She had everything from mcgriddle to sausage biscuit on the screen. I had to repeat myself at least 8 times. For a drink I wanted a fountain drink she gave me a coffee cup, tried asking for a normal drink cup but no one would even look at me. Finally to top it off the sandwich had one piece of bacon cut in half which I was told is their policy to only use one piece and cut it in half. Unless that's very new I've never seen it. Horrible products, horrible service.
