It's poor to average, been coming here for years and each time there is another service removed or charged for. This time $1 charge for local calls. Also the internet is very poor, reception fed up with complaints so they just give out the number for maintaince for which there is a $1 charge to complain about the poor service they advertise on their website. I'd stay next door in stay plus if I were you to be honest. At least they have decent internet

Me and my wife are currently staying at this hotel due to medical reasons. We don't have an expected checkout time. My experience here has been ok so far! We checked in almost two weeks ago. I really wish they would offer a hot continental breakfast. I know with the whole Covid thing its not offered anymore at certain places but still... I was really hoping for that. For all the money were paying to stay here weekly I wish they could accommodate! Also, I wish there was a ATM machine here. Its unheard of to not see one in hotels. My only biggest concern is with staying here is all the misbehaved children here. Running through the hallways being loud and not being monitored properly by their adults. Also, the overflowing garbage cans in the hallways? The maintenance man here is fantastic! He replaced the refrigerator in our room in a quick timely manner. The front desk workers especially Susan is all fantastic and super friendly. Susan was able to fix our reservations to getting a handicap accessible room really fast plus she was able to fulfill our request for a recliner chair to be moved into our room! Much appreciated

I absolutely love to stay here. Very clean Hotel. the staff was very very helpful. I always do a check at any hotel, I checked the bedding I checked the the cleanliness, I do the dust check. And everything was very spotless no weird odors, the bedding it gets washed so everything, it just deserves a five star, p( Also I would like to add on that the only thing that could be updated is probably the stove but other than that I can't complain I mean it's still a Five star)

The cleanliness of this place appears to be great but they clean with products from the dollar tree and with covid present you would think that they would sterilize the facility but they do not! I stayed 5 months and they never clean unless requested They have overflowing garbage daily and throughout the day! I just hate that I chose Extended Stay "Lombard" and if you notice they aren't replying to the bad reviews.. please take your business elsewhere. Btw my neighbor stated that her room was infested with bedbugs. 😔🤦🏾‍♀️ Susan at the front desk tells personal business to other guests. I've witnessed this happen. The guy that works overnight sleeps throughout his entire shift one time after I left my keys at a frends house I stayed outdoors for 30 minutes before he responded.. his eyes were bloodshot red from sleeping so hard terrible service!
