After having a terrible experience at the Elgin location, this location fixed everything. Maddie was super awesome and professional. We received better treatment and finally got a rental. We are plus members and will continue using this location only. Stay away from the Elgin one. Thank you Maddie for fixing everything. Great experience.

A quick, but thorough, check in and check out. The car was clean and sanitized. I was checked in by Andrew who inspected the spare tire and fixed the trunk's mat (it was pushed in the wrong way so if I needed the spare tire I would have had problems getting to it). The car that I rented was clean, smelled nice, and drove wonderfully. I was checked out by Nadia. She was friendly and provided excellent customer service. Thank you for a great experience!

The process was easy. Agent was more than generous when looking at the fuel gauge (just short of 1/2 full). He said just bring it back with 1/4 of a tank. Return was painless. We will use Enterprise again.

Eagles Nest

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Met all my needs and exceeded them. Strangely my rental had a pungent garlic smell, which could not be ignored. They exchanged for another vehicle no questions asked. Pick up and drop off was extremely smooth.
