Currently, we just got home from buying a huge order. It consisted of 2 large fries, a bacon cheeseburger, a jumbo dog, 1 hotdog, and breaded chicken club sandwich. The fries were severely undercooked along with the bacon not being crispy. For the Bacon Cheeseburger, the cheese was below the hamburger patty. The chicken club tasted fine, but it was the undercooked bacon. Paid 35.13 for 1/4th of our order being undercooked. Would not recommend this location, they've always had poor issues with consistency and poor training, apparently.

Quality of food is good but my food was served lukewarm! Cheese on combo sandwich never melted at all!! Thought eating inside food would be hot? Fries also barely warm! 😝

This Portillo's is by far the Best!!! The Manager James was so considerate to make sure that my order was delivered after a Door dash delivery person forgot to take a bag....James was so very patience and made my issue a top priority for a busy evening at the restaurant. Thank You for having James managed our restaurant in St Charles, Il!!! He is one of a kind!!!

Nobody in the Chicago fast food business beats Portillos for quality. Hot dogs are amazing, I'd argue it's the best Italian Beef (so many others are too salty). And the French Fries 🍟 can't be beat. Don't worry if the lines are long, they move very fast
