If I could leave 0 stars I would. Went there with an appointment on June 25th, and waited half an hour. When I was called into the exam area, the young woman who took my medical history was OBVIOUSLY sick(short of breath, bad cough, sniffling). She could not even finish asking me questions. I asked her if she was ill, and she said: "I had COVID last week. " Having had COVID myself early in the pandemic, I told her that she STILL had COVID and asked why she was working. She told me that, being in the medical field, they made her work. I complained to the PA who examined me, and I am quite certain that it went in one ear and out the other. In addition, the "examination table" was a gross plastic slab with no sheet or paper cover, held up by a piece of two by four. I should have refused to even sit on it. PE makes you scan your credit card or give them a $250 deposit. I have no idea what they will charge me after they run it through my insurance and apparently neither do they. So the moral of the story is, go there if you want to be exposed to COVID(I am vaccinated and double boosted and hoping for the best), and if you want to be grossed out in the exam room, and possibly get ripped off. We'll see how that goes.

Today I was sick as a dog and I went in they got me in ASAP the doctor was the best doctor I ever had where she listened to all my problems and very very patiently with me and didn't see what she was in a rush did all the tests to find out what's wrong with me and she took care of me very good she got me the medicines within minutes after leaving the facility but she was very very full with all the test and when I left I felt a lot better knowing that she did that but she's a very very good doctor I would go there all the time thanks again she's a keeper

I've gone to Physicians Express a few times now and each time was pleasant. I had an appointment each time and didn't have to wait more than a few minutes after I arrived. The staff is very nice. Even the waiting area feels cozy for an urgent care facility.

This place is pretty bad. You know how these reviews are usually from disgruntled customers? Yep, this is one of those. Took my daughter in to get some stitches after she cut her chin pretty badly on a weeknight. Inside is a bit unkempt and shoddy. The P.A. pulled a drawer and it literally fell off the wall. She apologized and said they were remodeling (didn't look like they were remodeling). Process was fine and 3 stitches were put in. Received a piece of paper with some care instructions. Returned 13 days later to have stitches removed and am informed that I was required to bring my daughter back within 10 days. Since we were beyond 10 days they would charge me again for another office visit. At no time was I EVER told this. If they had told me this during our 1st visit, I would have made 100% sure we went back w/in the 10 day window. Nevertheless, I asked what an office visit costs and they either could not or would not tell me. They kept saying "we don't know", "it's a billing/insurance issue", etc. It's mind boggling to me that they could not tell me what was going to be billed for removal of the stitches. Absolutely bonkers. I can't think of any other business that cannot tell you what their services cost. I started googling "home suture removal" while in the office. Unfortunately my daughter was getting antsy and just wanted the stitches out. I went ahead and had them remove the stitches. I walked into the office at 7pm and walked out at 7:35pm. I can only imagine what the bill I'm going to get for 2 office visits (the initial stitches and the second removal) is going to be. I'm honestly scared sh&$less. This place does not provide their patients with good information, cannot or will not provide costs to patients, and is simply not good. I'm sure there are better alternatives in the area. Do not recommend.
