Love living here. Nice neighbors. Well kept buildings. Maintenance is prompt with service calls. Parking is a bit tight but doable. Getting your emails answered by management is a struggle.

Both the “original” and upgraded units are beautiful and the floor plans are much more spacious than I had expected. It’s clear that the entire property is incredibly well-maintained but the best part of living here is the property management. Koy, for example is so welcoming and willing to go the extra mile for her residents. Not only are the actual apartments well taken care of, but the hallways and outdoor areas are also consistently clean and maintained. We are very happy to have found a home here.

If you are looking for a friendly and fun place to live this is the place. The staff is outstanding and very fun to work with. I have definitely found a new home here at the crossings. The location is perfect and plenty of nearby shops and activities to keep you busy. The resident events are very fun and always different. So if you need a new home or a family fun place to live come move here and be our new neighbors. Love my new home.

I lived here at Covington Court two separate times. I left originally because of personal finances (it isn't cheap) but I returned in September of 2019 because I knew it was a wonderful community to be a part of. The main reason there was such as wonderful sense of belonging and friendliness was because of the former complex manager, Marlot Condotti, is one of the most amazing and genuine people I have ever met. Not only did she offer a warm and comforting presence to the complex, she took care of each resident like they were her own child. She got done what you needed and did it with a smile. It's still a mystery to me why she doesn't work there anymore but I sincerely hope she is off to bigger and better things. Unfortunately, since her abrupt absence, nothing there seems the same. In fact, there is almost a hostile environment in the leasing office which I just can't wrap my head around compared to how great it used to be. Unfortunately, my lease is binding, so I have no choice but to pay the full amount until it is complete, even though I have already moved out. The Crossings at St. Charles simply isn't the warm and welcoming place it used to be. I can say with little doubt that if Marlo Condotti was still managing that place, I wouldn't have felt such an urge to move out of my apartment there as quickly as I did. After the first weekend that I spent in my new living space (outside from the Crossings), I returned to my now "old" apartment to find that multiple personal items that I had left on my private patio had been stolen. It's a good thing that the Crossings require renters insurance and I would advise you to not cheap out on that. The feeling of safety and security is no longer available to me at the Crossings and I am sad to say I had to relocate because of that.
