On Sep 29, 2022, Robert Montmayer performed electrical work at our home--specifically, to change our smoke alarm system from a series to a parallel connection. I continue to use CM Mose for anything electrical because the company employs only top-notch professionals. Robert is a typical Mose professional. He was on time, took the time to explain what he would do, offered me options, worked quickly and efficiently, was very personable and friendly, and gave me the best possible price. I could not have hoped for better service. On Nov 30, 2021, a CM Mose team of 3 technicians installed a 24KW whole house GENERAC generator. We could not be more pleased with the generator or the techs. Soon after installation, high winds caused a power outage, but the generator kicked in right away. The cost of the maintenance plan for semiannual maintenance is very reasonable. The generator is remotely tested weekly. CM Mose did the coordination for Evergy, Spire, and the city to inspect all aspects of installation. The team took the extra step of digging in the conduit for the electrical wires, rather than have it show on the outside of the house. As always with CM Mose technicians, the sales and installation teams of experts were professional, courteous, personable, and on time. We have trusted CM Mose for all of our electrical work and will continue to do so. Excellent work by technician Daniel Heckman--skilled, quick, professional, and personable. Called to say when he would arrive. Arrived on time. He added two overhead lights in the garage ceiling, one light in the garage attic (with little notice and advised us on the best way to hook up the circuit), changed a doorbell button, and changed a floodlight socket. Weather was terrible--stormy, hot, humid, but he always stayed positive. Cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Price was very fair. Have employed CM Mose previously and have always had a positive experience. Will definitely hire them again.
