We have used Tom's for several years for our a/c issues. Their team (from office staff to techs) have always been friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Recently, we had an opportunity to use their plumbing services. We received the same excellent service. Neither a/c or plumbing sides have ever tried to upsell us on services. They have all been great about explaining the issues and options. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Plus, they have always hit the arrival window of when they would arrive or have called if they are running a bit late. Great company.

Yes we do. Pricing varies by number of systems and filters. 1 system with (1) 1" filter is $145.00. We come out once in spring and once in fall. With 10% discount on any repairs during contract period
