I suggest letting cvs to simply fade away. Save yourselves the problems they'll create for you by not going there, even for bandages unless you like being belittled, judged and made to feel guilty like you're wasting their time.

Never go to this CVS location. Horrible experience. My 8 years son had Covid test done with "Negative Results" but sent reports with incorrect name. Since I wasted my 3 days keep calling different numbers and no one was able to assist. Kids missed their school for 2 days and wife missed her work.

I went their months ago for a cough I had. All my friends got bronchitis and I was around patient 0 alot. Well I went here and when I told them that I thought I had bronchitis, and that I was around people with it. She dismissed my opinion took a quick look at me when I couldn't cough on demand for her, she told me it was a simple cough no worries. After making me feel like she didnt care at all. I ended up in the hospital with bronchitis two days later.

If you get the Blonde Nurse Practitioner expect the rudest, most unprofessional experience ever. I came in for a bad lung infection, one that had been progressively becoming worse and worse, to the point I could barely breath. This walking malpractice listened to me for barely 2 seconds and tells me I have mild bronchitis. Tells me she will only give me an inhaler. I demanded to be prescribed antibiotics because I know it is definitely not what she is saying. She became extremely rude to me that I would stand up to her. ends up belittling me and writing a very short script for antibiotics, only for 3 days. I immediately started to feel better within 24 hours "Because guess what!? I was an infection" But because it was such a small script I was back to feeling awful within a week. I went to the actual Urgent Care, and I had full blown pnuemonia. So, CVS, I think I will be following up with disputes about the woman you have in your clinic. Blondie is about to have to face how she mistreats patients. Nice touch belittling people needing medical treatment. Will be contacting corporate headquarters the minute I am done posting this.
