Genie at the front desk welcomed us and made sure everything about our stay went great. We had two reservations since we were there to attend a wedding but arrived earlier than the room block price. She combined everything right away to make sure we got to stay in just one room. She provided excellent customer service and our room was fantastic so we would definitely stay again and recommend ito anyone staying in the Delafield area.

What a great hotel! Everything was clean, spacious, and very new looking. The area was great with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful, we were in town for some concerts and each time we left they wished us a good time. Love that they allow pets also! Will definitely stay here again!

Rooms were clean and neat. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Especially loved the location. Right off of the interstate but nestled in an area that made you feel you were staying in a more “countrified” area. Our first time staying here and will most definitely stay here again!

The service was amazing. Pool and hot tub were an added bonus for the kids! The room was nice and clean. Although the beds did not seem like a standard size Queen, they were quite comfy. Pillows were also comfy. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is because the shower made an awful high pitched sound during my entire shower. Breakfast is your usual free hotel breakfast, make your own waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit, toast and bagels, and a microwaveable breakfast sandwich. Will stay here again when visiting my family there.
