We saw Top Gun a couple of weeks ago. Terrible experience. The theater smelled musty, was too warm, and was not clean. No adds were shown before the movie started (which I'm fine with, but wasn't correct). Then 5-10 minutes after when the movie should have started, the sound came on without the picture. My husband went out and told a worker and he said he'd see what he could do (well, I'd hope so!). My husband also asked to start the movie from the beginning because we'd missed it, but he wouldn't do that. Another lady came out to let the workers know as well and also asked to have the movie restarted. Then they left the side lights on throughout the entire movie. It's like they'd never shown a movie before. We all should have been given vouchers for a free movie. No one even apologized. We will not be going back to this theater.

We went to see Maverick last Saturday. Havenβt been to a movie in quite some time. I was saddened by the condition and cleanliness. The sticky floor in the theater every time I moved my feet they stuck to the floor. One of the faucets was spraying water all over and one of the paper toweling was completely out. Not to mention the theater where we watched the movie was hot and smelled like it hasnβt been cleaned since prepandemic. Very sad condition.

I love this Theater it may not have the famous leather recliner chairs that everyone Obsesses over. but it is a great little theater with great service and it's an Equally great experience compared to the big boy theaters. and I would know because I'm there pretty much every Tuesday. really my only complaint is that the popcorn has been vary Stale several times I've gotten it. Otherwise I will always continue to come back for many new and great movie experiences.

This was my husband's first experience at a movie theater (he's from a different state) and we loved it. We saw Encanto at the 3 45pm showing. Such a great movie and the snacks were very good, too! Thanks π

There is no Dreamlounger seating anywhere at the Hillside Cinema. They have standard Marcus stadium seating only. The nearest Marcus locations with DL are in New Berlin and Brookfield.
