Staff not helpful at all. Tried to return a product purchased online. Online chat and website both said item can be returned in store yet employee refused to take said item stating the store would eat the cost according to manager...riiiight. I wouldn't be as annoyed if gas weren't $5/gallon. Waste of my time and $$ coming here.

Never had an issue here. Store is larger, well maintained and staff has always been friendly and helpful when my son needed it. No complaints, they have always had what we needed and were helpful.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Looking for switch joycons, have to order from their ware house- asked for diffrent colors and chads response was “Jeeze you asked if we had some now your looking for specific colors!!” Absolutely will not return here.

The Delafield location did not have much to offer. The staff member working did not even know the difference between Xbox and Playstation systems...yup, at Game Stop. Game Stop's prices on older systems are ridiculous. They screwed my husband out of an enormous amount of gamer points after being a loyal customer for years. Game Stop is bogus.
