-Messed up my order information after I explicitly asked about it and told me it would be fine. -Appliance Delivery notified me they were coming during the process of not being able to find my address (However, Amazon does not have an issue). -In less than 5 minutes my order was cancelled to be rescheduled to another date. -0 Support online and their customer service is an e-mail address. Cancelled my order and will never use Best Buy again. Thanks "Cowboy".

Our office manager went to the store and bought a large appliance that needed delivery. They failed to deliver it the first time earlier this week. Then when I called up to rebook the delivery I spoke to several people who were not very knowledgeable at all, also no direct contact with the store. The redelivery was arranged for today and again the store failed to deliver the item and didn't even call me to let me know. Hours of my time wasted for incompetence at this location.

We bought a Kuerig single cup coffee maker 3 months ago as a Christmas gift for our daughter. 2 1/2 months after we bought it it broke and now sprays water out of the front all over the counter. Today we tried to take it back with the receipt and they told us we could not return it and had to call the manufacturer. I was shocked that we could not return something that was only 3 months old and already broke. I even had another brand coffee maker in my hands and was ready to spend more money, all they had to do was refund us for the defective one and the just refused. Apparently they only have a 15 day return policy which is just ridiculous. Because of their terrible customer service they not only lost a sale but we will never shop there again!

Cowboy was very helpful and informative. Glad to get a phone that I am more than happy with even if they didn't have exactly what I wanted in stock at the store. He could have ordered it, but I wanted a phone that day and he was able to help find one that I like. The whole Best Buy team seemed to work great together. Thank you all for having patience as this was around/into closing time.

No just call The Geek Squad at Best Buy
We have a great team and they are well educated in car audio they'll be able to answer any car stereo questions, but as of right now we are not able to do any installation due to what's going on but what we can do is set up an appointment to another Best Buy where they are doing installs sorry for the inconveniences I do hope this helps enjoy the rest of your day.

Webroot Secure Anywhere does not cover the option for you to have it on your tablet or smart phone. If you are able to get it through your plan then the problem might be that your software is out of date. If it is up to date then it might be that you do not have a data connection as that is required for Android devices to work with the plans. Hope this helps you out a bit.
