Scheduled a mammogram a year ago, and they canceled due to not having a technician. They can't get me in for 2 months as a reschedule, (2 months late). They would not work with me. I can't recommend Burke Primary Care.

Asked to remove place from arm, they shaved skin off arm and was told if it came back would refer me to dermatologist. Place was not removed and still charged because they performed surgery. Easy for issue to come back when it wasn’t removed at all. Very unimpressed with care but went to dermatologist and was taken care of in 14 mins

First off I have been a patient here for over 12 years. At first I was pleased with the service. However in the past several years it has been one bad experience after another. Over the past 3 years I have been there countless times for treatment of headaches. GOT NOWHERE. Have migraines almost daily, no help. They want me to keep coming back later and "see how you feel." More money. Two weeks ago I was seen for an illness. Needless to say, no help. I had to tell the worthless P.A. what to do because they said let us know if it gets worse. Then they precibed me a medicine that was on my allergy list. I didn't see the name until I was getting ready to take it. And to top it all, they did not add my new insurance card into their system so I have been being billed incorrectly for over 6 months. When I called to make a complaint they totally blew me off and couldn't care less that their employee prescribed me something that could kill me. If you are considering going here reconsider.
