Impossible to really rate this place, my last haircut there was probably my best in years, but sometimes it looks like I had an Amish barber! Luck of the draw I guess.

I did not get what I asked for. I’m giving a 2 cause the lady that did cut my hair was nice, but as far as the cut I wanted it wasn’t anything like I asked for. I showed a picture of what I wanted (which I do understand results may very due to different hair types and textures) but all I wanted was a simple medium to long style bob haircut. Shorter In the back, that gradually gets longer toward the front. I had pretty long hair when I started, the cut was 3-4 inches shorter than what I requested, all different lengths in the back, definitely was not shorter in the back and longer in the front. I also request long layers framed around my face in the front. The lady went a little crazy with the thinning shears, very choppy in the back. I didn’t complain while I was there because I was told after I style it I would see the results I requested but after doing so did not help anything. It is uneven in the front, longer on one side than on the other. I am just very disappointed, will not be using their services any longer and will not be recommending them to anyone else . If I could add pictures I would, but can’t figure out how to do so

Love this place and the employees. My husband and I and our 3 children all get our hair cut there every month or two and they always remember us amd how we like our hair cut. Very personal and friendly. Have NEVER had a bad haircut or experience with them like we have had at other places.
