This review is long overdue. I want to thank Chane Porter, Gary Green and especially Drew Beman. I have purchased 2 vehicles from Mark Porter Ford and both times I was treated with the utmost respect. The numbers I was quoted were the same when I arrived to sign the papers. I need to mention that I traveled from the Toledo, OH area. I can't speak for others but I will continue to drive down to purchase future vehicles. Mark Porter's honesty and the way they treat this customer will keep me returning to buy vehicles in the future. Thank you all for your great service

Service was quick, but I called to get tires, drove over an hour, and did not get tires, they didn’t have them in stock. They had nearly a week to get them. Also, I made an appointment for “15 month service”, and they just changed my oil. My oil was not due to be changed.

I went to Mark Porter Ford today to get the final day deals on tires for my 2020 Ford Escape. I was able to use my Ford Rewards Points to get extra savings off for the purchase of 4 Goodyear Assurance Comfort Drive tires. I chose to receive the 25,000 rewards points added to my account over the $70 rebate. They always give me excellent service. Thanks to Everyone!

They do a wonderful job with service. Everyone is polite and professional. I only have one issue. I do realize with the current situation with inflation, prices are going to go up. I had my vehicle serviced 4 times last year with the price always $45. The last service, oil change and tire rotation, which was the same as previous ones, was $75. Back to doing my own oil changes.
