Always a grand experience going here. I choose to eat there at least once a week cause of how good it is. They serve a lot of different options ranging from shrimp to hamburgers, all of it delicious. The staff is friendly and quick to serve and get your food out to you. Always my recommendation when people come to Portsmouth

I have never had a bad experience at this Toro Loco. The food and service is always excellent. They get your food out crazy fast, so it's great for a quick lunch.

Place was very clean. Service was very quick and friendly even though they were fairly busy. Price was very decent for the amount of food we got. I would highly recommend trying this restaurant.
