The food is usually pretty good there. Not sure what went wrong today. But I ordered a baked potato with cheese and bacon bits. Only...that's not what they gave me. When I opened up the package it was a baked potato with chili poured over it. Because of errands, I didn't find out til about an hour later and by then it was too late to take back. Like McDonald's, Wendy's should read back your order as you receive it. It could help prevent disasters like this from occurring.

I love Wendy's and really can't complain much about their food but there are a few times you wonder if the deep fryer isn't hot enough or has old grease because the fries sometimes come out rubbery.

Fast service, usually friendly staff unless they're just rudely rushing you as the normal. But this is the second time in 9 days I have been served raw hamburger patties. You all need to slow down enough to make sure the food is thoroughly cooked before you rush it out the window and get someone sick.

The food was fine, but after my mother asked for salt and ketchup at the window, and the guy came back, handed it to her and said "for future reference, ask for it before the window." I would give name due to his rudeness, but no name tag was present. No need to be rude for 3 salt packets and 2 ketchup packets. Be better than this.
