Im giving it such a low rating cuz when i went to buy a new phone they said that i couldn't just buy the phone and put my sim card in it they would have to do it just so they could charge me extra $40. But the phone i bought was supposed to cost $150 plus i bought a phone case. Tell me how my total came up to $319. Cuz i already am on a plan which wasn't due yet. That was just for the phone and $40 case i bought

Would give a 5 star if anyone ever answered the phone. At this particular location you'd be better off just driving there. No one EVER answers the phone. What a joke. Can't help but wonder how much business they drive away out of laziness.
