Great store but they have one employee that doesn't know what she is doing. my mom asked her to check to see how much money was left on her gift card and instead of checking she used it towards my mom's transaction. The manager did come over and he did give my mom another give card with the balance on it. Other than that, this Lowe's is very clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

Please do not purchase appliances for delivery from Lowe's. My family's washer broke down and we needed to purchase a new washer ASAP. We went to this Lowe's as the Lowe's closest to us has terrible service. The service at this Lowe's was very good, however that is only half the story. The delivery of items were scheduled 2 days later, we received a confirmation call and everything seemed ok. The day of delivery hits and I waited 4 hours during my window of delivery and nothing shows up. I ended up calling the Lowe's and they said it is reading "delivered" in their system and I will need to call their delivery service. I call the delivery service and they said that it looks like it "accidentally" was scheduled as "delivered". I told the delivery service that I was frustrated and disappointed as I wasted 4 hours and I'm still unable to do laundry. I asked both companies to answer if there will be any accountability for this issue and both blew off my question and made me move on. Moral of the story, Lowe's has a terrible appliance delivery service. This is the 3rd appliance I had it happen to and I have heard many off the same issues from friends and family.

Have been emailing and stopping into the store for the last 8 weeks to get pricing on cabinets. Emails are not responded too, phone calls lead me no where besides "do it online on the virtual assistant", when I go into the store Lori is rude and not helpful (won't even give me the time of day when I'm trying to spend thousands redoing my kitchen). The poorest customer service, coming from someone who works in the customer service industry's and RARELY writes reviews. Will shop at Home Depot, local stores going forward because this experience has been awful.

There was a time at Lowes when somebody would jump all over you to say can I help you. But now it seems like you could wander around here for days and nobody will even look at you. But putting that petty stuff aside the store is well laid out seems like the shelves are stocked adequately and I found what I needed and the young man at the doorway was really nice.

I bought a washer and dryer and was told i had any problems you can within 30 days bring it back and they will replace it. Unless you bought the extendered warranted you need to call the company that makes them for repair.

Yes they can cut it there for you
You can take them back as long as you still have the original containers and/or receipt. I am sure if you take them back either way they will honor it. They are great with keeping customers happy. But they actually do warranty their plants for 1 year
