This is a wonderful place to live. The apartment was very clean when I moved in and maintenance as well as the management staff here are super friendly. Maintenance was here within one hour of placing a service request and was very friendly and solved our issue very quickly as well. I am super excited to call this my home!

Living at Plaza Apartments was the worst experience ever! The reason being Matthew N. the office manager. He actually took us to court with our neighbor as his witness and they both lied through their teeth saying I was harrassing the neighbor whom I only saw maybe 3 times in passing. She did say hello ( with a little smirk) and said our little dog bit her. ( another lie and no evidence). Matthew accused us of having our dogs there illegally although my husband did fill out all the information that was on the application. He talked down to me over the phone and would not let me get a word in to explain my side of the story as far as the neighbor situation. HE only heard her side which were a bunch of lies!!! Some people need to get a life. Needless to say we moved

The worst experience! Kelly (the manager) is rude, unprofessional and doesn’t care about their residents. She was the reason because I just end up my leasing early. When I was moving, she started a discussion with the guy from the moving agency, she said she will be calling the cops to moved him from the residence. It was so annoying and I get so frustrated with this location. She is disrespectful in all the ways. The prices are so expensive and they don’t have even a gym or a pool that you can enjoy and be happy to pay 1000 for 1BR. In my experience I don’t recommend this place unless is your last option. I just place 1 start to do the review but this place do not deserve the start.

The staff here are amazing!! They are not only knowledgeable, but super friendly as well. Made me feel like I was already home before I moved in. The area is great if you love peace and quiet, and the kids have plenty of play space all around the property. The apartments are very spacious as well :) My kids and I love it here!!
