Picked up a slice and it just fell apart. It was stringy which I though was the cheese but turned out it was the raw dough. Tried calling them and they immediately put me on hold for 12 mins and I hung up and called back and again, they put me on hold without even talking to me. They continued todo that the next 5 calls. Terrible service!!

AND THE STARS KEEP GOING DOWN.... Well today's Handmade Pan Pizza was the worst EVER... SLOP! SLOP separating and falling apart off of a crust that was so heavy with too much sauce and cheese it couldn't even rise to it's signature pan status. Does anyone care at this location??? Once again, the person who apparently lives there mentioned in my previous review made it... (does anyone else make pizzas there?!) and it was completely different than last time and the time before that, and the time before that, and so on and so on except for the first time when it was good and that's when we started ordering it.... threw the rest of it in the trash after eating one slice. Yuck! A FEW MONTHS AGO REVIEW.... (3 STARS) SUCH A SHAME that once you find something you like the consistency of the product can't be maintained. About six months ago we recently discovered the "HANDMADE PAN PIZZA" and fell in love with it. But if it had tasted like it did today when I picked up my order here in Lebanon, I would have never reordered it. The top was overcooked but the crust wasn't risen enough. It lacked that wonderful PAN PIZZA crusty golden finish that it usually has. In fact, the last time it was sort of like that but not as bad but I figured it was a one off due to the oven possibly being on the blitz and ordered it again today. After all, it has been the same delicious quality at other Dominos so far when ordering out of the area when travelling. When I walked in I noticed that our name was not on the status board and asked the guy who has been working there for way too long about it and he just looked at the name on the pizza, didn't confirm it or say anything so I did and he then just asked "cash or charge?"... like a gas station worker. This, the same guy who can't offer a bag to put the pizza in or a modicum of professional courtesy or friendliness, ever. I have had to overlook this but mentioning it here finally. We have tried to validate this place after boycotting them for years for horrid transgressions that I hoped were only in the past but I see it's still a gamble on the quality and consistency of the pizza and customer service. There have been two nice women who recently worked there who were WONDERFUL and PROFESSIONAL and now are nowhere to be found, probably because of those traits.

We've ordered from this location for years and at different times too. Please reach out to the manager and or owners if necessary. They are great people and I'm sure they'll clarify things for you.
Well, besides the awful customer service I have received from them can't think of anything else
Usually takes 45 minutes for us from that location. I'd call the store and see what is happening.
It's not open yet it will be near the mc Donalds in town
