If you can remember to turn off online ordering, you can remember to post on your social media that you will be closed. Really frustrating to drive over there and see a sign on the door saying that you’re not open. Good donuts, but way too unreliable now to make a visit.

I always have issues with this place. The donuts are good but the customer service is so bad. Ordered and paid for donuts I never received because they were closed. I couldn't get my order even though I got there 5 minutes after they closed. Now trying to get a hold of customer service for a refund and this has happened twice now.

Hands down, my new favorite place for donuts. They are a little pricey, but well worth the money for a warm, made to order donut in the AM. If you’re looking for a light donut, their French Toast is my favorite. My only comment for this location is sometimes the staff gets busy and it’s hard to get someone to grab your order at the other end of the store (for preorders). Maybe a grab and go rack for preorders would help but, I understand this would be a little risky for orders to be unattended but it would be convenient for customers.

Maybe I had the wrong idea about cake doughnuts. These were surprisingly light and tasty. Since this was my first time, I requested two dozen random doughnuts. Each one was completely unique! They were as delicious as they were pretty. Can't wait to go back!
